THE PARTNERS
Alice GouveiaPhD in Communication and Semiotics at PUC-SP,Journalist graduated from Uncap-PE and technician in film directing, having completed the course in 1998. She has a master's degree in communication in the field of cinema from UFPE and is part of the teaching team of the Cinema course at UFPE, where she teaches Directing and Editing.
She is the author of the book Directions, reports of contemporary Pernambuco cinema, where she describes the construction process and the genesis of films produced in the state.
She has directed several short films, including "Abelardo da Hora, self-portrait", "Cinco e Meia" and "Nina" and the documentary series "Vamos Comer Pernambuco".
Creator and producer of the Olhares sobre Lilith project, which was the first focused on film direction by women in Pernambuco, in 2010, which resulted in 29 short films directed by 26 women.
In addition to audiovisual works, he also develops a training project in communities in the State of Pernambuco called Realizando em 1 Minuto. The project has already had 59 workshops held and more than 1200 films produced.
Alice Gouveia was also the curator of several festivals and worked as a workshop assistant at a number of festivals such as the Triunfo Film Festival, Curta Porto, Curta Taquary, Vale Curtas, among others.
Alice Gouveia has a doctorate in Communication and Semiotics from PUC-SP, is a journalist graduated from Uncap-PE, and a film direction technician who finished the course in 1998. She has a master's degree in communication in the area of cinema from UFPE and is a member of the teaching staff of the Cinema course at UFPE, where she teaches directing and editing.
She is the author of the book Directions, reports of contemporary Pernambuco cinema, in which she describes the construction process and the genesis of films produced in the state.

Carla Francine is a producer, screenwriter, director and researcher. Graduated in Social Communication (Unicap-PE) with a specialization in Management and Cultural Production (Fafire PE).
He has been working in the audiovisual market for over 30 years, having already participated in the teams that produced more than 100 fiction and documentary works. Among them the series "Expresso Brasil", "Mestres de Ofícios", "Cultural Industry in Brazil", "Nordeste Feito à Mão", "Os Brasileiros" and "Sigths & Sounds". He directed the series "Viva os Brincantes" and "Arte Naïf no Brasil" and the short film "Koster". He was assistant director on the feature "Moro no Brasil", by Mika Kaurismaky. She is the creator, screenwriter and screenwriter of the documentary series "Indios in Brazil" and "Anjos Humans", produced by Urso Filmes, where she was project manager in 2015 and 2016.
As a curator, she has participated in several festivals, such as Festcine, Festival de Triunfo, Recifest, Curta Porto and Curta Taquary, among others. He also acts as a reviewer for national public notices, having already selected projects from Pernambuco, Paraíba, Paraná, Maceió, the Federal District and Minas Gerais.
Between 2007 and 2014, she was the Audiovisual Coordinator of Pernambuco, where she developed public policies for the sector, which resulted in the Audiovisual Law of Pernambuco. She was a member of the Management Committee of the Audiovisual Sectorial Fund, representing civil society in 2017 and 2018. Between 2007 and 2014 she was Pernambuco's Audiovisual Coordinator, where she developed public policies for the sector, which resulted in Pernambuco's Audiovisual Law. She was a member of the Steering Committee of the Audiovisual Sector Fund, representing civil society in 2017 and 2018. .
