Our goal is to amplify the voices of these indigenous peoples throughout the country, through films produced by themselves and projects that can make it possible for new indigenous works to appear on our screens! The project seeks to reinforce existing resources in indigenous communities, such as cameras and cell phones, to increase the capacity of these peoples to generate cultural enterprises and culturally self-produce, we encourage the formation of a sustainable audiovisual network of indigenous peoples and an alternative economy, at the same time time, which enables and encourages these young people to enter the formal market.

indian cinema is an audiovisual training project, started in 2017, which takes workshops on “Audiovisual Realization”, “Project Development and Management” and “Cineclubism”, for different indigenous peoples. At each edition, new people are trained, with 40 h/class, which result in films that are shown at the end of each edition, in a cineclub show that covers all the Indigenous Lands covered in the edition.
